If you want to maximise your sniping ability, have a look for our best SWS-10 loadout, including the secondaries, throwables, and everything in between. It's just a bit annoying - if you miss, or even just get a body shot, your location will be blatant (with the huge sniper glint) and you'll get melted. Sure, you can one-shot enemies with a headshot, and if you're comfortable with your ability to do that, then by all means give it a go.
The SWS-10 is the sniper rifle you'll have access to first in the Battlefield 2042 open beta, and it suffers from many of the same problems as the DM7.
